Adrian Bartosinski commented on the level of Polish soccer. In a lengthy statement, the KSW champion pointed out the mistakes made by coaches and called them amateurish.

Adrian Bartosinski will return to the KSW round cage at the KSW 100 gala in Gliwice. The undefeated welterweight division champion will face the legendary Mamed Khalidov. The popular “Bartos” gave several interviews after the press conference at which KSW’s partnership with Canal Plus was announced.

Adrian Bartosinski was asked at one point about the Polish national team’s matches. Bartosinski was quick to point out what he thinks is limping along in Polish soccer.

– I don’t know what the problem is, but I think it may be the training, our approach to the process and the trainers. We have individuals, but the system is missing. Abroad, this training system looks different. I once saw the motor training of a premier league team. Well, I am no longer surprised at how our football looks ,” said Bartosinski.

Adrian Bartosinski stressed that the way the training was conducted made no sense at all, as it brought no benefit to most of the players.

– At the training session there was one coach with some card and about 30 players. The coach ordered all the players, of different sizes, different weights, different abilities, different strength, playing in different positions, to do the same exercise on the same weight. Well, the one who weighed 70 kg was exercising strength, another hypertrophy, and another was probably speed, because for him such a weight was no weight at all. I kept looking and couldn’t believe it, it looked amateurish.

– As if such a trainer individually guided one or two footballers, it would make sense. The kind of training they had might not have happened, because it served, so to speak, maybe three or four footballers. To the rest, it was not matched. I watched it from the sidelines with my staff, because I also trained there, and I thought to myself, I’m not surprised at the way our football is.
