Adrian Bartosinski wanted a fight with Muslim Tulshaev

Adrian Bartosinski confirmed that he wanted a fight with Muslim Tulshaev. The KSW champion noted that he had not yet fought a fighter with such a long reach.

Adrian Bartosinski is the KSW Federation champion in the welterweight division. The popular Bartos has dominated the category in recent years and is still undefeated in the up to 77 kilograms limit. Bartosinski fought just once this year, when in April he defeated Andrzej Grzebyk after a phenomenal clash.

Unfortunately, the champion later had to undergo surgery and then focus on rehabilitation and recovery. Although earlier there was much talk about a possible rematch fight between Bartosinski and Salahdin Parnassus, later this topic fell through the Frenchman’s performance in boxing.

During Bartos’ hiatus, however, a worthy contender emerged, and it is, of course, Muslim Tulshaev. During an interview with Patryk Prokulski of TVP Sport, the champion admitted that he wanted a duel with this very opponent.

Adrian Bartosinski indicated why he cared about fighting Muslim Tulshaev in the KSW cage.

– I wanted this duel because I would have been reluctant to do another rematch this year. Two rematches in one year, I wouldn’t be happy with that. One has to develop. He is a fighter who is different. I haven’t yet fought such a tall fighter, with such a reach. This is also a new stimulus for me, new preparations. I’m very happy, because this is a new development for me.

Bartos added that the style in which Tulshaev fights could positively translate into the amount of excitement in the duel.

– I think it will be a good fight because of Muslim’s style. There are different things about fights. Sometimes something pumped up for something big doesn’t live up to expectations or can give away like my last fight with Andrew, which exceeded expectations three times over.

Adrian Bartosinski and Muslim Tulshaev will face each other in the evening fight of the KSW 113 gala, which will take place on December 20 in Lodz, Poland.
