Alice Pereira has signed a contract and will become the youngest fighter to debut in the UFC organization.
Alice Pereira has announced her signing with the UFC organization and her premiere bout in the UFC octagon. The undefeated 19-year-old Brazilian will make her UFC debut on September 13 at the Noche UFC gala. Pereira will face the far more experienced 36-year-old Montserrat Rendon. It is therefore safe to say that this will be a clash of two generations.
If no injuries befall the Brazilian and the debut goes as planned, she will become the youngest fighter to make her UFC debut. For Alice Pereira will enter the octagon at 19 years, 8 months and 24 days old. The fighter from the coffee country will thus break the record of Korean Jeon Chanmi, who made her debut at 19 years, 9 months and 13 days.
Alice Pereira has so far fought six professional fights and won all of them. Golden Girl made her debut in August 2023, so she fought her first few fights before coming of age.
Mexican woman Rendon did not make her debut until she was in her 30s so this matchup will feature two players with very different histories.
