KSW 122: Andrzej Grzebyk will face Laid Zerhouni

Laïd Zerhouni has fought six bouts in the octagon. In his most recent bout, he competed for the championship belt but was defeated by Paweł Pawlak. Ranked fourth in the KSW middleweight division, Zerhouni is known for his brutal, no-holds-barred fights. In KSW, he has earned three bonuses for best knockouts, one for a submission, and one for the best fight of the night. The Algerian-born fighter holds the championship belt of the French organization Hexagone MMA. He has fought 26 times in his career, winning 15 of those bouts. He has finished his opponents 14 times before the final bell, and 11 of those finishes came in the first round. Zerhouni is a well-rounded fighter who has forced his opponents to submit eight times and knocked them out six times. 

Andrzej Grzebyk, a former KSW welterweight title contender, has twelve fights under his belt in the octagon. He last competed there in June, when he put on an incredible battle—voted the best fight of the night—in which he was ultimately submitted by Tymoteusz Łopaczyk. Grzebyk, who is known for delivering excitement in the cage, has earned four “Fight of the Night” bonuses and two “Knockout of the Night” bonuses in KSW. The fighter from Rzeszów most often sends his opponents to the canvas; he has won thirteen times this way. He has also secured three victories by submission. The popular “Double Champ” has been competing professionally since 2012 and is a former middleweight and welterweight champion of the FEN organization.
