Andrzej Grzebyk assessed the fight of the evening of the KSW 100 gala in Gliwice. Grzebyk commented on the Khalidov vs Bartosinski juxtaposition.
Andrzej Grzebyk was scheduled to fight a championship bout at the KSW 100 anniversary gala in Gliwice. Unfortunately, as a result of Pawel Pawlak’s injury, the former FEN double champion had to postpone his championship aspirations. Grzebyk will fight Wiktor Zalewski, while Adrian Bartosinski will face Mamed Khalidov in a superfight.
It was on the subject of the fight of the evening of the KSW 100 gala that Grzebyk made his comments on the Klatka po Klatka program. During an interview with Artur Mazur, the KSW championship belt contender expressed his opinion on the matchup. Andrzej Grzebyk disagrees with the bookmakers and sees a clear favorite in Mamed Khalidov.
– Mamed Khalidov, a versatile fighter, in every plane a mega cat. We know how Adrian fights. I think Mamed will not allow such a situation, such a fight.
– For me, Mamed is definitely the favorite. I do not know why the bookmakers bet that Adrian. It is known that he has zero on his record, but for me Mamed is more versatile. Standing-wise he is a mega-cat and ground-and-pound.
Andrzej Grzebyk pointed out Adrian Bartosinski’s strengths, however, he pointed out that in a fight with Khalidov it is not easy to move the fight to the mat.
– The only thing I see in Bartos is a right jab and a leg entry, but knocking Mamed over is not easy either. I think he will bounce hard off the wall, not to cross out Adrian, because anything can happen, this is MMA.
