Arkadiusz Wrzosek checked into sparring at ANKOS MMA

Arkadiusz Wrzosek, as previously announced, checked in for sparring at the ANKOS MMA club.

Arkadiusz Wrzosek will face Phil De Fries in the fight of the evening at KSW 107 in Ergo Arena on June 14. Wrzosek will face a chance to win the KSW heavyweight championship belt. The Uniq Fight Club quickly recognized the need to arrange sparring trips to a place where Arek would be able to spar with top Polish heavyweights.

Such a club is, of course, ANKOS MMA and Arkadiusz Wrzosek has already appeared in Greater Poland, where he intends to spend more time. Arek made arrangements for the trip with Michal Andryszak, who oversees training and sparring in the ANKOS team in the absence of Andrzej Koscielski.

In a recent interview with Jarek Swiatek, Arek Wrzosek announced.

– Well, the coach has already caught up. Nick is flying with Mark to Japan and as soon as he comes back next week we are going to ANKOS right away. I think I’ll generally spend some period of preparation there, not just sparring because earlier I was talking to Michal Andryszak and he was inviting me, of course. Now the coach talked to him and said to drop by. I think we will definitely train there for a few weeks.
