Arkadiusz Wrzosek will undergo a training camp at ANKOS MMA before his fight with Phil De Fries at KSW 107

Arkadiusz Wrzosek has revealed his plans for a training camp at a well-known club and the names of strong sparring partners ahead of his fight with Phil De Fries at KSW 107.

Arkadiusz Wrzosek will fight for the KSW heavyweight belt at KSW 107, which will take place on June 14 in Ergo Arena. The excellent Polish kickboxer will, of course, face Phil De Fries the dominator of the royal division.

Arkadiusz Wrzosek gave an interview to Jarek Swiatek. During the long conversation, Arek revealed, among other things, what the preparations for the fight with the Englishman will look like. It turns out that Wrzosek and trainer Nick Hemmers will go to a recognized Polish club.

– Well, the coach has already caught up. Nick is flying with Mark to Japan and as soon as he comes back next week we are going to ANKOS right away. I think I’ll generally spend some period of preparation there, not just sparring because earlier I was talking to Michal Andryszak and he was inviting me, of course. Now the coach talked to him and said to drop by. I think we will definitely train there for a few weeks.

Arkadiusz Wrzosek certainly won’t be able to complain about a lack of sparring partners on the ANKOS MMA mat, where the aforementioned Michal Andryszak, Marcin Tybura, Slim Trabelsi and Piotr Kuberski train. Karlos Vemola and Makhmud Muradov also regularly check in on sparring in Poznan.

However, it turns out that these are not Arkadiusz Wrzosek’s full plans. The Uniq Fight Club fighter has also secured the support of Gokhan Saricam, who has fought in the Bellator organization in recent years.

– I am yet to be flown in by Gokhan Saricam, such a colleague. He lives in Belgium, this is a Turk. He fought in Bellator, now he is preparing to fight in the PFL. In Bellator there he was ranked fourth, he won at least against Daniel James, who Marek Samociuk will now fight. He has nice wrestling, heavy, boxes well. He’ll come here, I’ll help him, and he’ll help me because he’s also fighting some striker.

Arkadiusz Wrzosek is therefore setting his sights on a very strong preparation for the fight of the evening at KSW 107, a duel with Phil De Fries for the heavyweight category belt.
