Bryce Mitchell commented on his loss to Jean Silva at the UFC 314 gala in Miami. The American believes he gave it his all and could not have done more.
Bryce Mitchell withstood the pressure brilliantly during media meetings and conferences and did not let the Brazilian provoke him. Unfortunately for the American during the fight at UFC 314, it was Jean Silva who was on top, submitting Mitchell in the second round.
Bryce Mitchell posted a social media post where he commented on his loss to the talented Fighting Nerds representative. Mitchell had a lot to say after his defeat to Silva at the UFC gala in Miami.
– I wanted to thank everyone for their support and let you know that everything is ok with me. Thanks to God, who protected me, I did not lose my teeth, I have no broken bones. As for that, everything is fine. I fought as hard as I could. I couldn’t give more of myself. Instead, I could have fought smarter.
Despite the animosity and conflict between the players, Mitchell appreciated the fact that his rival had beaten him and did not want to take anything away from him.
– I will make some adjustments, but you know what he put me to sleep with that choke. I really gave it my all. I’m happy that I made the attempt. It was a valuable lesson for me. I just need to become a better fighter.
Bryce also stated that by the overwhelming support of the fans, he believed he could win against Silva. In the end, however, he lost, but he does not intend to bury his head in the sand because of it. Mitchell announced that he will learn from this lesson and will train hard before his next fight.
