Dana White has commented for the first time on the possibility of moving the UFC 311 from Los Angeles, the head of MMA’s top league has revealed a potential new location for the event.
In recent days there has been buzz that the UFC organization will have to move the UFC 311 gala from Los Angeles to another city. All because of the raging fires that are consuming more areas and taking a deadly toll. This morning the death toll rose to 24.
Today, Dana White spoke on the subject for the first time. The head of the UFC organization commented on the possibility of moving the UFC 311 gala during a conversation with streamer Adin Ross. White confirmed earlier speculations by American journalists, who suggested that if the fires escalate and move to more neighborhoods then the UFC will move the event to Las Vegas.
– If the fire still develops we will move the gala to Las Vegas. We will change the location if it gets very bad. At the moment everything is ok. The NBA will organize the games normally, and we also plan for the gala to be held in Los Angeles.
Dana White has therefore confirmed that indeed UFC 311 may take place in Las Vegas rather than Los Angeles. The head of the UFC organization, however, did not reveal whether it was the T-Mobile Arena venue or the scaling down of the event and playing it at UFC Apex.
