Daniel Rutkowski’s new opponent at XTB KSW 119. Adam Soldaev dropped out of the fight

Daniel Rutkowski will return to action at the KSW gala in Radom. His opponent, however, will not be Adam Soldaev.

The XTB KSW 119 gala will feature a clash in which Daniel Rutkowski (18-4 1NC, 7 KOs, 1 Sub), number three ranked in the featherweight category, will face number six ranked Daniel Tărchila (8-3, 2 KOs, 3 Sub). The duel in the contractual limit of up to 68 kilograms will be decided on June 20 at the Radom Sports Center’s arena. Adam Soldaev, who was originally matched against Rutkowski, had to withdraw from the fight due to a rib injury.

Daniel Rutkowski has fought eight fights in the round cage, six of which he won. The popular “Rutek” last competed in April, when he defeated Oleksi Polischuck. The Radom-based fighter comes from a wrestling background and is a former champion of the FEN and Babylon MMA organizations. Rutkowski is also a former contender for the KSW featherweight championship belt, and in the round cage he won bonuses for best knockout and best fight of the evening. His record also includes fistfights and bare-knuckle fights. Out of eighteen professional wins he has fought since 2015, he has finished opponents before time eight times.

Daniel Tărchilă fought five fights in the round cage and won three times. Fighting for the Polish organization, he defeated Wojciech Kaziekova, Vladyslav Falbiychuk and David Kareta. The last time he competed was in January 2025, he gave a strong, evenly matched fight against Adam Soldaev, but lost on points. After that, he twice railed for more fights, but injuries prevented him from returning to the cage. The 22-year-old fighter is known for his impressive fighting style. In KSW he won a bonus for the best bout of the evening. To date, the Moldovan has fought eleven fights, eight of which he won. To his credit, he has two wins by knockout and three by submission.
