On Thursday night, Dana White announced several lineups that will take place at the UFC organization’s first major galas in 2026. The head of the world’s best MMA league announced the championship fights that will highlight the UFC 324 and UFC 325 galas.
It is at the latter event that Diego Lopes will get a chance to get a rematch with Alex Volkanovski. The Brazilian, who lives in Mexico, will try to reach the featherweight division belt for the second time.
Of course, such an arrangement did not please other top contenders, including Lerone Murphy and Movsar Evloev. Aljamain Sterling also complained about the situation. It was not only the fighters who were unhappy, as fans and experts also expected a duel between the popular Volk and the Englishman or Ingush.
