Emilia Czerwinska will fight a duel for the Cage Warriors belt. Known for her KSW cage performances, the fighter will face Kennedy Freeman on November 23.
Over the weekend, the Cage Warriors organization announced a women’s bout for the vacant cockfighting category championship belt. To the delight of Polish fans, the clash will feature Pole Emilia Czerwinska. The two-time world kickboxing champion will fight a duel with Kennedy Freeman.
Czerwinska has four professional MMA fights to her credit, three of which she won. She fought all her professional fights in the KSW federation’s round cage. Emilia Czerwinska knocked out Veronika Eszer, and also defeated Sara Luzar Smajić and Natalia Baczynska-Krawiec by decision. She suffered the only defeat in her professional career in a bout against the talented Brazilian Yasmin Guimares.
Kennedy Freeman holds a 5-0 record in professional MMA. Previously, Kennedy has fought at regional galas while her last two wins by knockouts have already been recorded in the Cage Warriors cage. Privately, the fighter is the daughter of Ian Freeman a legend of the British MMA scene. Kennedy’s father fought for the UFC, M-1, Pancrase and Cage Rage.
The Freeman vs Czerwinska fight will take place on November 23 at the Vertu Motors Arena at the Cage Warriors 181 gala in Newcastle.
