In an interview with Laura Sanko, Iwo Baraniewski commented on his impressive win in the Contender Series program. This triumph secured the Pole a contract with the UFC.
Iwo Baraniewski impressed with his instant win in the first round of the Contender Series. Thanks to the victory, the 26-year-old fighter has secured a contract with the prestigious UFC organization. Fighting in the up to 93 kilogram division, Baraniewski thus joined such fighters as Jan Blachowicz, Mateusz Gamrot and Michal Oleksiejczuk, who have been representing Poland on the international stage for years.
Laura Sanko, a former fighter who currently works as a commentator and reporter at UFC galas interviewed a happy Iwo. The young Pole admitted that winning and signing with the UFC organization is a dream come true for him.
– Yes, I don’t even know what to say. This is a fulfillment of my dreams. I’m very happy, I’m proud to represent Poland as a new fighter in the welterweight division.
Laura Sanko thanked Iwo for the interview, and he also thanked her and then addressed all the fans in Polish.

Iwo Baraniewski holds a professional record of 6-0. The Pole has defeated all his rivals so far before time in the first rounds of their fights. Now the most important thing for the representative of the Aligatores club will be to stabilize his position in the best MMA league in the world.
