Jakub Wikłacz is a champion of the KSW organization who is nearing the fulfillment of his contract. Will Wikłacz move on to the UFC? Artur Gwóźdź the fighter’s manager commented on the topic.
Artur Gwóźdź is managing the career of Jakub Wikłacz and realizes the scale of the Red Dragon fighter’s talent. Wikłacz is currently in Florida, where he trains at American Top Team. Kuba will not appear at the KSW 100 gala in Gliwice so he has plenty of time to devote to making progress.
Will Jakub Wikłacz soon end up in the UFC and have a dizzying career there? The manager admitted on the Octagon Live program that Wikłacz is focused on making it to the UFC. According to Gwozdz, the multi-talented Pole can quickly jump into the top ten of the world’s best bantamweight fighters.
– Cuba is focussed on competing in the world’s top league. He has the paperwork to do so. He is really a great talent who can fight there for the highest goals and jump quickly into the top ten, giving two or three spectacular fights. But this is a melody of the future.
Artur Gwóźdź noted that at the moment, however, the most important thing for Jakub Wikłacz is to focus on his upcoming fight. The talented champion of the bantamweight division has one last fight ahead of him in his current contract with KSW.
– For now we have a contract here, we are waiting for an offer and we will make a decision together. Let’s remember not to divide the skin on the bear either. This is the last fight. I don’t want to spoil some things in Kuba’s mind that he will be thinking somewhere else. He has to focus on this fight and he has to win it. If he wins, all doors are open.
