Jamahal Hill critical of the level of the Ankalaev vs Rakić fight: “The usual boredom gentlemen”

Jamahal Hill commented on the level of the Ankalaev vs Rakić fight. The former UFC champion stated that the duel was boring.

Jamahal Hill, former champion of the UFC organization in the welterweight category, spoke about the UFC 308 gala on his channel on the youtube platform. The American referred to many fights, however, he had the most to say about the clash in his weight division.

Jamahal Hill did not hide his disappointment with the level of Magomed Ankalaev‘s clash with Aleksandar Rakic. The American, who is returning to full strength after an injury, openly criticized the top fighters of the up to 93 kilogram category.

– Magomed Ankalaev vs Aleksandar Rakić, c**a man what a boring fight. Really just plain boring gentlemen. As usual I will be extremely honest and say what I think. This clash was boring and revealed the lack of attacks in the arsenal of both fighters.

Jamahal Hill undertook an analysis of the welterweight clash. “Sweet Dreams” stated that the Serb demonstrated some interesting attacks however he has too low a fight IQ to make the most of it. Of course, Hill mainly criticized Magomed Ankalaev.

– I don’t want to take Rakic’s side here, but after all, he at least showed a bit of his range of skills in this bout. Nevertheless, he lacked intelligence in the octagon, Fight IQ failed. The main problem, on the other hand, is Ankalaev. I get it, he’s a fighter who fights from the counter, however, he clearly lacks actions in which he would be able to enter his rival, shorten the distance and impose pressure himself. He will not have it easy in the fight with me and Alex Pereira.
