Joker will fight at GROMDA 19

Joker will fight at the GROMDA 19 gala, Jakub Szmajda wants another challenge before he faces Don Diego Kubiszyn.

Jakub Szmajda defeated Sebastian Skiermanski in his last performance. The popular Joker thus secured a pass to the championship fight with Mateusz Kubiszyn. However, the ambitious fighter from Ciechocinek does not intend to wait for Don Diego’ s recovery and a duel for the GROMDA belt.

At the end of October, Joker in an interview with the FanSport portal strongly surprised the interviewer Michal Tuszynski as well as his fans. It was then that Szmajda admitted that he had signed up to participate in the GROMDA 19 gala, as he feels that the win over Scarfac was not a step forward.

– I have expressed my desire to fight at the GROMDA 19 gala in December. Deep down I feel that some great step with my last fight I did not make. And I would still like, I would just like to prove to myself that I deserve this fight for the belt with Don Diego.

Among Joker’s potential rivals at the GROMDA 19 gala are such fighters as Slomka, Balboa, and Fizol. The most logical juxtaposition seems to be a fight between Szmajda and Jakub Slomka, however, president Mariusz Grabowski has surprised fans more than once, and this time it may be similar.

He could have waited quietly for the championship fight with DON DIEGO…. but that’s not his style. He wants one more test for himself and the fans to confirm why he will stand for the GROMDA championship belt. We, for our part, can guarantee that it will be a tough and strong test.
