Mamed Khalidov will return to the cage at the KSW 100 gala in Gliwice. KSW Federation has changed plans and despite Pawel Pawlak’s injury, it was decided to keep Khalidov on the fight card.
On November 16 in Gliwice, KSW organization will prepare an anniversary gala XTB KSW 100. In one of the main clashes of the evening of this event, Mamed Khalidov (36-8-2, 16 KO, 16 Sub) legend of KSW organization will return to the cage.
Recently in an interview with our portal Martin Lewandowski said that Mamed ‘ s appearance at the KSW 100 gala is not certain. The federation apparently planned a fight between Khalidov and Pawlak, but the middleweight division champion dropped out of the anniversary gala due to a knee injury. It appears, however, that it has been decided that such an important event cannot take place without Khalidov, and it was announced today that he will fight at KSW 100 in Gliwice.
Mamed Khalidov is a true KSW icon. The former KSW welterweight champion and former middleweight champion celebrated the 20th anniversary of his professional debut in the world of mixed martial arts this May. Mamed has fought 44 fights to date, 36 of which he won. To his credit, he has 16 victories scored by knockout and the same number by submission.
In his last bout, which took place at the XTB KSW Epic gala, Khalidov faced Tomasz Adamek in a fistfight, but suffered an injury during the bout and lost. Now he will return to the cage and compete under MMA rules to once again enchant fans with his phenomenal skills.
