KSW contracts Frenchmen with past in M-1, UFC, Bellator and PFL

KSW Federation has contracted two Frenchmen who have fought in the past at the galas of prestigious M-1 Global, UFC, Bellator and PFL organizations.

The XTB KSW 101 gala, to be held on December 20 at the Paris La Defense Arena, will feature a French-French bout between experienced fighters making their KSW round-cage debut. In this confrontation, in the welterweight category, Romain Debienne (10-5) will face Mikael Lebout (23-12-2 1NC).

Romain Debienne has been competing professionally since 2017. To date, he has fought fifteen fights, ten of which he has won. Six times he has ended fights before time, and each time he has done so by knocking out his opponents.

He won championship belts of Atomic FC and Gladiator Fighting Arena organizations. He gathered experience in France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Ireland and the USA. More recently, he competed under the wings of the American organizations Bellator and PFL.

Mikael Lebout began his adventure in professional MMA in 2011, and over the years has amassed considerable experience in the cage. He fought 38 fights, 23 of which he won. Ten times he finished his rivals before time, eight times triumphing by submission. He gathered experience competing in France, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, England, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, Russia, Germany, Spain, Ireland and Scotland. He has fought for such organizations as the UFC, Ares, Octagon MMA, Cage Warriors, BAMMA and M-1.
