KSW’s new commentator has already had the opportunity to work in this role. Marian Ziolkowski will replace Maciej Turski on the commentator’s stool.
As reported on the MMA Studio program, Marian Ziolkowski will become KSW‘s new commentator. Ziolkowski is a former lightweight champion, who has had the opportunity in the past to sit on the commentator’s stool during the federation’s galas.
Marian Ziolkowski will take over the microphone from Maciej Turski, who was recently fired by Martin Lewandowski. The KSW chief made the decision to cut people who also work at freak galas outside KSW. During these cuts, referee Piotr Jarosz also lost his job in the federation.
Maciej Turski was quick to comment on the information, which appeared on the official profile of the MMA Studio program. Turski made a nice comment and lent Ziolkowski good luck.
– One of the people who behaved most classy in private after this decision. I only wish you good luck, because knowledge, meritory, interest top in our country.

Marian Ziolkowski fought his last professional bout in April at KSW 93in Paris. At the time, the former KSW champion lost to Wilson Varela. Ziolkowski suffered a shoulder injury midway through the second round. The severe injury excluded Marian from competing for a long time.
Ziolkowski has already resumed full training and regularly reports to the mats of Warsaw clubs Nemesis, Skra or Copacabana. If there are no contraindications Marian should return to the KSW cage in the first quarter of 2025. For the time being, however, he will prove himself in his new role as a commentator.
