Maciej Kawulski reconfirmed his return to KSW management

Maciej Kawulski has reconfirmed his return to KSW management. The head of the federation admitted that his energy and willingness to re-engage in decisions has returned.

Maciej Kawulski has been co-owner of the KSW organization for more than 20 years. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that at some point he made the decision to share some of the responsibilities with younger and shorter people involved in the project.

For a long time, Kawulski split his duties as KSW chief with his work on the film set. Eventually, after the success of his cinematic productions, this led Maciej to focus more strongly on his work and the development of his directing career.

Maciej Kawulski was a guest on Mellin ‘s show on ESKA Rock radio, where he spoke frankly and openly about everything.

– There was a point in my life when I decided that I was beginning to counterfeit myself creatively in what I was proposing to KSW, or that I was dragging KSW to a place that didn’t need that kind of perspective or that kind of attention, and for a while I turned over the operations of my company to great people who have been running it all along, by the way.

Maciej Kawulski added that recently he not only felt a renewed desire to be more involved, but also confirmed that KSW employees have clearly signaled to him that he is needed in the company.

– On the other hand, the last year, or maybe half a year, made me feel again that I needed them and also my company. I felt that somewhere this energy with which I had built a certain structure, a certain format, needed my attention again. People who felt and are completely causal also told me that they need me again to put certain things in place, to refresh certain things, to be in this decision-making process. I am indeed returning to KSW, having also divided attention, of course, and producing, making and realizing my film dreams.

KSW fans will probably be pleased to hear the news that Kawulski has decided to become more heavily involved in MMA events again.
