The choice of Mateusz ZIOMUZ Ziomek as a rival is the right decision?
It’s not for me to judge, but since he reached the final that he deserved a special chance. Therefore, for me as much as possible he can be a contender. Besides, in GROMDA no one gets anything for pretty eyes. You have to work hard. Short ball.
The fighters themselves approached you, offering to face a championship fight?
Maybe there were two-three such climbs, but it floated away from me. I don’t even associate the names now. I’m not interested at all.
What will be your strengths in the fight against the DEVIL?
There is a serious fight coming up, so I can talk about these strengths. First of all, experience, stamina, resistance to blows and the speed of my own blows. Our physical parameters are similar, on top of that we are fighting in a small 4 by 4 meter ring, which is not much space. Two elements of tremendous power will meet, it will be a tornado!
What stands out about Matthew Ziomek in GROMDA?
Sorry, but I don’t focus so much on my rivals to notice exceptional skills in them. I never look from that angle.
And with whom possibly after winning the belt?
Take it one step at a time… After winning the battle, I will call the person right away! You have to be patient for a while, although attentive GROMDA watchers probably already know. But I will officially say on May 29.
What is the GROMDA federation title for you?
The belt is very important. If it wasn’t for GROMDA I would rather not have decided to return to professional fighting after so many years off. For me GROMDA is a different ceiling, not the world of typical sports, but the world of real fighting. It’s just about those specific rules. And I feel that I can fulfill my little dreams that I’ve had since childhood. GROMDA is the strongest bare fist fighting federation in Europe and the world. Of course, like everywhere business-wise he also has to get everything right, but for the bosses of GROMDA this is not a key issue.
DEAN has less experience in GROMDA, what does it matter?
It seems to me that minor. It’s not glove boxing, where you focus on double-guarding and so on. GROMDA is something completely different and unique.
How private is LUTA?
I like traveling to out-of-the-way places and history, but the kind of alternative history that you won’t learn about on TV. And in front of the screen I will sit down to watch a good series.
Are you easily led off balance or are you an oasis of calm, albeit until…?
I try to be an oasis of calm, however, I have a very short fuse. Fortunately, I was able to lengthen it recently.
You get questions about a potential rematch with HeavyHeart. Do you need such a second fight?
Once that happens, let him fast even harder and become more famous. Then I will earn more for beating him a second time. It is known that this rematch is a set back for me, since I have already won, but if there would be an opportunity, that’s fine.
