Artur Ostaszewski the manager in charge of negotiations for the Pudzianowski vs. Parobiec fight has let out the secret about talks with KSW.
Mariusz Pudzianowski will return to the KSW round cage at the KSW 100th anniversary gala, which will take place on November 16 in Gliwice. Negotiations with several of Pudzian’s potential opponents have been ongoing for some time.
Artur Ostaszewski is representing Lukasz Parobiec in talks with the KSW federation. During an interview with Michal Tuszyński, the manager indicated that he is solely responsible for discussions with the sports director and KSW owners, the so-called introduction of GOAT to KSW. So how are the negotiations for the Pudzianowski vs Parobiec clash going?
– I’m in business is perhaps saying a lot. I came to an agreement with Lukasz that his topic, a possible fight in KSW is in my hands. Because business is so very broad… this is not a fighter who now strictly entire career entrusted to Shocker MMA. This is a fighter, which I also do with others, whose introduction to KSW or possible fight in KSW will be handled by me.
The founder and general manager of the Shocker MMA group has confirmed that there was a small misunderstanding with Mariusz Grabowski, president of the GROMDA organization. Fortunately, the matter was quickly cleared up.
– This is so, a little maybe there was some small misunderstanding, such in the sense that I left the meeting with Lukasz with such an impression, perhaps I interpreted it so myself, that the topic in GROMDZ is already settled. But in fact I conceded the point to Mariusz (Grabowski) somehow lacked such a confident courtesy call from me. On the principle of: “Hi, listen you probably know what the situation is, but if anything well I’m…”. Well, yes it may have been a bit lacking, but we cleared the topic quickly. I think we are already here after the word. We know what we are doing and as if there is no problem here. From what I’ve figured out Mariusz Grabowski’s problem is a little more towards KSW than towards me, I guess. That’s what I inferred.
Ostaszewski says that there are chances that Parobiec will be Pudzianowski’s opponent at KSW 100. Artur has made it clear that he is not going to accept poor terms for GOAT. KSW federation must offer decent money.
– The chance is there, we’ll see, and we’re certainly not going to agree to any such conditions. I don’t know what conditions KSW will present, because we haven’t talked about it yet. However, if talks are finalized, they must be very encouraging conditions. We know that we are in the circle of interest, probably closer than further, but no decisions have been made yet.
