Marcello Morelli vs Patryk Surdyn at KSW 113 in Lodz

Marcello Morelli and Patryk Surdyn will face each other at KSW 113, the fight between the fighters of the cockweight division will take place on December 20 in Lodz, Poland.

As announced during the Octagon Live program on the Sports Channel, in the featherweight category bout of the XTB KSW 113 gala in Lodz, Marcello Morelli (6-4), a former contender for the belt and today’s number four ranked fighter, will face Patryk Surdyn (8-4), the number seven ranked fighter on the roster. The confrontation will take place on December 20 at Atlas Arena.

Marcello Morelli made his debut in the KSW organization in June. Just before the XTB KSW 107 gala, he entered the championship fight against Sebastian Przybysz as a substitute. The men gave an impressive duel, voted the best fight of the evening, but in the end Morelli had to acknowledge the superiority of the champion. The Venezuelan began his career in professional MMA in 2020, and fought ten confrontations and won six of them. Five times he won before time, and four triumphs came by knockout of his rivals. In May, he won by knockout at the Uniq Fight Club gala and thus won a contract with the KSW organization.

Patryk Surdyn has seven fights under his belt in KSW. In his last bout, which took place at KSW 95, he defeated Shamad Erzanukaev. Before that, he faced Kamil Szkaradek. The men gave a fierce and impressive fight, which was voted the best fight of the evening. The representative of Fight Club Lomza has been competing professionally since 2016, and has fought twelve professional fights, eight of which he won. In 2018 he won the championship title of the Army Fight Night organization.
