Mariusz Pudzianowski talked about his preparations and training for his fight at the KSW 100 gala in Gliwice.

Mariusz Pudzianowski will return to the KSW round cage at the XTB KSW 100 gala. The event will take place on November 16 in Gliwice, and the federation has still not announced the name of the popular Pudzians opponent. However, it seems that for Pudzianowski himself it was more important not to announce the name of the opponent, but just to finalize the details and date of his next fight.

We recently informed you that Mariusz has already started his preparations. Now he has posted a little information on how he is preparing for the start and how much his training is taking. Pudzianowski realizes that he is not the youngest.

– Eight weeks with a small hook left and now everything under the dash: in the morning this, then this, then this. Two hours today will be cycling and then with 45 minutes of repeating the technique scheme, that is, a few actions I have to repeat, to write down in my head. And tomorrow shielding, then again. Twice a day short workouts, that’s why one is no longer 20 years old. Wisely, sensibly you have to do all this. One would like to go longer, but the head prompts. I will certainly do everything I can.

Another of Pudzian’s announcements is not surprising to his longtime fans. Mariusz will once again face the task of shedding pounds so as to fill the heavyweight category limit. Pudzianowski needs to shed about ten kilograms, but is nevertheless positive.

– The weight needs to be lost ten kilos. Ideally in two weeks I will lose it, because it’s water more. It’s necessary to shed it all and go to sleep, no one said it would be easy. I will definitely do everything I can. I’m sure I won’t slack off, and I’ll keep showing you how it all goes.
