Mariusz Pudzianowski recalled his contribution to the development of the sport. Pudzian noted that it was after his debut that there was a real boom in MMA in Poland.

Mariusz Pudzianowski has undoubtedly made a great contribution to the development of MMA on the Vistula River. The multiple-time world strongman champion began his adventure with KSW and strongly influenced the popularization of the sport in Poland. Now a veteran of many years, he recalled the old days and how he remembered the MMA events held in our country before he himself started participating in them.

– Why didn’t MMA exist like this? There was, but 200 people, 300 in the hall. Because I was in May… 2009. Answer this question for yourselves, why?

Pudzian recalled and emphasized how important his debut and subsequent appearances were, first in the white ring and then in the KSW federation cage.

– Well, and somehow, strangely enough, Pudzianowski came along pressed the button and 8 million in front of the TVs. A full Torwar. The next – 11 thousand. However, I am doing something. I am not lying down. I’m happy that I contributed my five cents to MMA, that today the fighters have what they have: decent salaries, they can live, work, train with dignity. Everything is going.

Mariusz Pudzianowski is inevitably nearing the end of his career. During a press conference on Friday, Pudzian indicated that he would now like to have some more fun with the sport and fight high-profile, media-oriented fights that would again affect interest in the sport.
