Mariusz Pudzianowski has already resumed training after health problems forced him to withdraw from the KSW 100 event in Gliwice.
Mariusz Pudzianowski returned to the mat of the WCA club where he trained with Patryk Krystman. Pudzian worked on targets. Apparently, together with his trainers, Mariusz decided that it would be necessary to slowly increase the turnover.
Mariusz Pudzianowski has pulled out of the KSW 100 gala and the date of his next KSW round cage fight is unknown. This means that Pudzian doesn’t have to rush to build his form. Pudzianowski posted a short video from the arena, which he laced with a small note.
– Shield and technique training passed. Only 45 minutes. A little rest then sauna and rest. Ps: slow, steady, no fast pace. Just repetition and repetition, consistently.
So Pudzianowski is not going crazy in the training room, just calmly returning to form. This time Mariusz did not address the hecklers. It seems that Pudzian closed the topic of the KSW 100 gala in one of the last recordings when he said.
– At times in wrestling training, which lasted an hour and a half, after forty minutes I “squatted” because I squeezed too hard, and the hygienic lifestyle was conducted on the sly. I have no injuries, maybe it would be good, maybe not – I don’t have to do anything anymore, I at most can.
– I withdrew from the gala, because that was my decision. Thanks to the likes of me and many like me, today’s “bowlers” – “mischas!” – don’t have to open barriers at security and look for money how to get to training or for nutrients. So let them shut their mouths and don’t snap.
