Mariusz Pudzianowski has begun heavy training ahead of the KSW 100 gala. Pudzian appeared on the mat of the WCA club where he does wrestling sparring.
It has been known for a long time that Mariusz Pudzianowski will appear at the KSW 100th anniversary gala in Gliwice. KSW Federation still hasn’t announced the name of Pudzian’s rival, but this doesn’t stop the former strongman world champion from preparing for the fight.
In recent years, fans have repeatedly criticized Pudzianowski, heaping criticism on his photos and videos and suggesting that he locks himself in his basement or garage, where he only flaunts his iron. Pudzianowski apparently decided to stick a pin in the heck out of the haters and posted a video and photos online from the WCA mat.

Mariusz Pudzianowski “harnessed” a team of much younger heavyweights representing the Warsaw Athletics Center. Pudzianowski was accompanied in training by Michal Bednarski, Denis Labryga and Patryk Grabowski. All Pudzian’s fans will probably be happy to know that the 47-year-old fighter is preparing for wrestling in such a group.
