Mateusz Gamrot has expressed his desire to fight Justin Gaethje at UFC 313. The Pole wants to replace Dan Hooker and stressed that he is ready and the close date of the gala does not bother him.
On Tuesday, news broke that Dan Hooker had dropped out of his bout with Justin Gaethje at UFC 313. Because of the time difference between New Zealand and the U.S., we had to wait a bit for the top lightweight fighters to react to the situation.
The first to speak out was Rafael Fiziev, who lost to Justin Gaethje after a majority decision by the judges. Ataman would like to make amends with the American for the defeat. Later, Renato Moicano joined the ranks of those eager for a battle with Highlight, who said that if the UFC calls, two-three sparring sessions will be enough for him and he will be ready for a skirmish in Las Vegas.
Mateusz Gamrot has also expressed his desire to fight Justin Gaethje. The Red Dragon and American Top Team fighter has been overlooked in recent weeks as far as juxtapositions are concerned, and is probably hoping that Hooker’s injury will open a gateway for him to fight the #3 ranked American.

– My fight with Hooker was very close and he was lucky that the judges scored his win. It’s time to make amends and prove his worth.
Of course, there will probably soon be others willing to clash with Gaethje as well. If someone from the two of Charles Oliveira, Arman Tsarukyan comes forward then probably the UFC matchmakers will not think long. Gaethje himself, who is probably hoping for a box office fight with a recognizable name, will also have a lot to say.
