In the middle of the week we informed you that Sean Brady was considering a decision to move down to the lightweight division. The Philadelphia-based fighter has been at the top of the UFC‘s welterweight division in recent years, but after his loss to Michael Morales, it came to him that gabbily he is considerably smaller than all the other fighters at the top of the up to 77 kilograms division rankings.

Now a new video has hit the web, in which Sean Brady hinted at several potential rivals with whom he could have a premiere fight in the lightweight division. The American indicated that he is not thinking at the moment about opponents from the top five of the rankings, but about a duel with someone listed just outside the top.

The American recently said that he was thinking of moving down to the lightweight division and mentioned the names of Hooker, Gamrot and BSD among potential rivals. Matthew Gamrot reacted to the video of the American’s statement with the words:

– Sean if you are thinking about competing in the lightweight division it will be an honor to share the octagon with you in the spring.

Sean Brady has a record of wins over such well-known rivals as Leon Edwards, Gilbert Burns, Kelvin Gastelum and Michael Chiesa. Without a doubt, if Mateusz Gamrot were to defeat such a strong opponent he would solidify his position in the best MMA league in the world.
