Mateusz Gamrot scored a strong sparring match with Renato Moicano, traditionally on the mat of American Top Team there is no shortage of world-class fighters to train with the Pole.
Matthew Gamrot has been in Florida for some time now, where he has begun solid work with American Top Team after a brief acclimatization and rest after the trip. Gamrot, who is currently ranked eighth in the UFC, never has to complain about a lack of heavy sparring partners.
In addition to the Pole, three more fighters are listed in the top ten of the UFC’s rankings of the up to 70 kilogram category: Arman Tsarukyan, Dustin Poirier and Renato Moicano. It was of the last mentioned that Gamrot went five rounds in sparring.

As we mentioned, American Top Team is never short of fighters willing to train hard and share knowledge. In recent days, Mateusz Gamrot could count on joint training and sparring with Grant Dawson, Francis Marshall and undefeated Movsar Evloev.
How strongly the fighters support each other and how much they want to make progress is best illustrated by the fact that of all Gamer’s listed sparring partners, only Evloev is contracted to fight. The others simply report to the club to develop their skills together.
