Mateusz Gamrot is once again training with Yaroslav Amosov a former champion of the Bellator organization who has expressed his desire to join the UFC.
Mateusz Gamrot is training with Yaroslav Amosov again. Gamrot returned to Poland with American Top Team, but unexpectedly the opportunity came to join forces again with the former champion of the Bellator organization.
The clubmates have trained together many times, both in the US and in Poland, where the Ukrainian often visits, scoring visits on the mat in both Poznan and Warsaw. Yaroslav Amosov, after leaving the Bellator organization, announced that he was hoping to join the UFC organization.
Both Mateusz Gamrot and Yaroslav Amosov are not yet contracted for their next fights. Nevertheless, both fighters want to polish their skills and raise their level hence the joint hard training just before the holiday season.
Mateusz Gamrot commented on training with Amosov with the words.
– It’s great to train together again. Every round with you is a fire. We are going with it.
Mateusz Gamrot will return to the octagon of the UFC organization in the first quarter of 2025. Recently, there has been much talk that the Pole might have a rematch fight with Rafael Fiziev. Matthew officially denied the matchup on the X platform, calling it fake news.
What is known, however, is that time and time again, more potential rivals are dropped and put together. It is possible that we will not know Gamer’s next opponent until early in the new year.
