Mateusz Rebecki has responded to unfavorable comments from hecklers who pointed out his blocking of punches with his face and bad tactics for UFC fights.
Mateusz Rebecki fought his second fight in the UFC octagon this year last weekend. Unfortunately for the Pole, although in the third round he was close to tipping the scales in his favor, the clash ultimately did not go his way.
The judges pointed to Ludovit Klein ‘s win and Rebecki had to accept his second loss in a row. The Berserkers Team representative once again left a lot of health in the cage, and also claimed a bonus for the fight of the evening.
While many foreign fans appreciate the Pole for his impressive, ruthless bouts, in which blood often pours, many MMA fans in our country openly criticize the fighter’s fighting style.
Mateusz Rebecki posted an extensive post on IG, in which he decided to respond to the unfavorable comments of the haters.
– Do you think that I want to look like that ! You do not take into account the factors that affect it, my physical conditions are what they are. You have to use the tools that are at hand, if I could choose health after a fight then of course I would without hesitation, but I chose such a sport and I am aware of the consequences that can be after a fight, but believe me, these are external injuries, mainly swelling caused by a lot of water in the body. As for internal injuries, nothing is happening, I am under the close care of specialists and we do x-rays every time. It is easy to judge a situation you have never been in. Greetings.
Mateusz Rebecki is currently resting after his fight at UFC 321, and it is doubtful that the fighter from Szczecin will fight another bout this year. Rebeasti will probably not return to the octagon until 2026.
