Michael Bisping believes Renato Moicano doesn’t know what he’s in for when he steps into the cage with Benoit Saint Denis at the UFC event in Paris.

Renato Moicano and Benoit Saint Denis will meet in the evening fight of Saturday’s UFC gala in Paris. Michael Bisping, former champion of the UFC organization, spoke about the matchup. The Englishman, during a discussion with TNT Sports journalists, admitted that the galas in France are amazing, and Benoit Saint Denis is an extremely brutal and dangerous fighter.

– Every time I’ve been to Paris the crowd has been phenomenal. The fights were excellent however I tell you, the atmosphere was electric. This time will be no different either, as the fight of the evening will feature a representative of the French special forces, the insanely brutal and aggressive Benoit Saint-Denis. This guy in his last fight almost tore Dustin Poirier to pieces. Later, however, he sagged from fatigue and landed on the boards himself. However, guess what? A star was then born. Not everyone is able to put such conditions on Poirier, and he did. There are many positives to be found even in this losing clash.

Michael Bisping also appreciated the fact that Renato Moicano is also slowly climbing up the rankings at the same time becoming a more recognizable fighter. However, the Englishman ultimately admitted that the Brazilian has no idea what he will face.

– Renato Moicano is a fighter who is slowly building a name for himself, trying to become a star in the lightweight division which is not easy, as this category is packed with big names. However, let’s remember that Benoit Saint-Denis will add something extra, beyond the standard level of violence. That’s because the fight is in Paris. The public will simply go wild there. Moicano has great jiu-jitsu, he has good boxing, but he has no idea what he will face when fighting in enemy territory. I’m looking forward to it.
