Michael Chandler revealed ambitious launch plans for 2025

Michael Chandler has extremely ambitious plans for next year. The American wants to fight for the highest goals in 2025.

Michael Chandler fought his last bout in November 2022. The American will return to the UFC octagon two years after his last bout. Chandler will face Charles Oliveira in a rematch fight on November 16 at UFC 309. Michael realizes that he must first defeat the Brazilian however, this does not stop him from making long-range plans.

Michael Chandler revealed his startup plans during an interview with Kevin Iol. Iron Mike has ambitious plans for 2025. The former Bellator champion hopes to be given the opportunity to fight only the biggest and most box office fights.

– I have already planned it out for myself. On November 16, I fight Charles Oliveira. I win, become the next contender, sit down and from under the cage watch Islam with Arman in the first month of next year. After that, we are facing Ramadan. I think Islam will be the one to win, and Ramadan means he won’t train in February or March. He won’t fight until June or July somehow.

Michael Chandler would not like to wait indefinitely to fight the winner of the Makhachev vs Tsarukyan clash. Chandler is ready to make a fight with Conor McGregor. Later, he would like to face Max Holloway.

– If Conor comes back, I can fight him in March. Then in June or July with Islam, whom I will beat. At that time Max Holloway would move to light heavyweight, he can fight and beat someone from TOP 5, he becomes the first contender. Chandler vs. Holloway at the end of 2025, I put my UFC light heavyweight belt on the line and he puts his “BMF” belt on the line… The oldest UFC light heavyweight champion – that’s my story, that’s my vision and I’m sticking to it.
