Michal Oleksiejczuk has recorded three fights in the UFC octagon in 2024, unfortunately the Pole lost these clashes. Despite this, the Hussar doesn’t think as if he lost much from this, on the contrary, he believes that he has gained in the eyes of matchmaker Mick Maynard thanks to his behavior and readiness to compete.

Michal Oleksiejczuk has signed a new contract with the UFC organization. The middleweight contender talked about his new contract with the world’s best MMA league during an interview with Michal Tuszynski, and also touched on several other interesting topics.

– I gained a lot in the eyes of the UFC, in the eyes of Mick Maynard. I have a great relationship with him, because I saved two fights. These two fights were taken two weeks before. I did two sparring sessions each for those fights. Whatever happens, I go out with everyone. I gained for sure and in the eyes of Maynard, in the eyes of the fans and got a new contract very good.

Michal Oleksiejczuk also talked about his current state of health after surgery on his injured elbow and his planned return to the UFC octagon.

– I think during the fight with the TSO, he broke my arm. There was a disconnection of bone fragments and something was irritating all the time. I had limited movement of that hand. I did surgery, I’m doing rehabilitation now also a lot of work with it, but I train. It allows me to train most things, so I think April/May I will be back.
