Michal Oleksiejczuk will return to competing in the UFC after a string of three straight defeats. The Hussar is scheduled to fight on April 12 at UFC 314 in Miami. Michal Oleksiejczuk last fought in August when he lost to Shara Magomedov, the Pole later decided to undergo elbow surgery and return to full health.
The 30-year-old Michal Oleksiejczuk is an experienced fighter who is slowly approaching the number of 30 professional fights on his account. The Hussar has entered the octagon of the UFC organization fifteen times. Fighting in the middleweight category, the fighter likes to exchange punches in the stand-up and has knocked out as many as fourteen opponents.
Sedriques Dumas the Pole’s opponent defeated Abu Azaitar at 2023, a fighter well known in Poland who has fought at KSW galas. The American has only five UFC starts to his credit and fights in a checkered pattern alternating victories with defeats.
When Dumas signed with the UFC in 2023 we introduced you to his long list of offenses. Last year, before his bout with Nursulton Ruziboev, the Florida fighter was arrested again. The aforementioned fight Dumas lost after a quick knockout in the first round.
It seems that the situation is clear in this matchup. Michal Oleksiejczuk simply has to win against a little-known opponent because otherwise he will be up against the wall and will have to fight to keep his UFC contract.
