Pawel Kowalik has been working as a manager in the Polish MMA market for years, and has now revealed which organizations in Europe offer the highest wages to fighters.
The FNC 21 gala took place over the weekend, with three Poles fighting. During this event, at one point Pawel Kowalik, who went to Zadar to represent his fighters, checked in as an interpreter in the cage.
Even before the event, Kowalik was an online guest on the Octagon Live program aired on the Sports Channel. The manager revealed which organizations in Europe make the best financial offers to fighters.
– Financially, four organizations in Europe count for the fighter: KSW, Ares, Octagon and FNC. These are the organizations where you can make good money.
Pawel Kowalik noted that in terms of sportsmanship, Cage Warriors also performs well, however, the Englishman loses to the four organizations mentioned above as far as salary is concerned.
– Sports-wise, you still have to add Cage Warriors to this list, but it is known that there these stakes are smaller, although from what I can see, the English already have to reach deeper into their pockets, because this is, however, competition on the European market. If you want to attract nice players from abroad, you have to fight for them.
