The clear implication is that Pudzianowski imposed too much stress and his body couldn’t handle it. At this point, the date of Mariusz Pudzianowski’s return to the KSW round cage is unknown.
Pudzian began his post in strong terms, calling the haters clowns and masters of the universe.
– Is it so difficult for the clown-masters of the universe to understand?
Marius then posted excerpts from an article on overtraining and fatigue.
– Overtraining. Why it’s there. Everyone probably knows about the fact that movement is health. Unfortunately, the role of recovery is rarely discussed. Lack of rest after a hard workout can quickly lead to physical exhaustion of our body. Overtraining does not only affect professional athletes. It also befalls ambitious amateurs who are anxious for quick training results. Lack of rest, however, has the opposite effect – progress is halted, and even deterioration of fitness and reduced performance can occur. What are the other symptoms of overtraining and why is it so dangerous to our health?
– Excessive physical exertion symptoms that should cause you concern. Overexertion can manifest itself in various ways. The first sign that should raise our concern is the deterioration of sports performance. A well-designed training plan, combined with proper nutrition, ensures progression. So if we notice that our fitness and performance are weaker, it may be a sign that rest is needed. What are some other symptoms of overtraining? Poor post-exercise mood, i.e. apathy, discouragement, joint and muscle pain and headaches. How else does overtraining become apparent? Symptoms indicating that we need to get serious about recovery also include trembling limbs, excessive sweating, a constantly elevated heart rate and accelerated breathing.
