Szymon Kolecki referred to the fight of the evening of the KSW 100 gala, the Olympian evaluated the Khalidov vs Bartosinski duel.
Mamed Khalidov and Adrian Bartosinski met in the most important fight of the KSW 100 event in Gliwice. The first round was dictated by the young fighter, however, in the second round Mamed came to his senses and submitted Bartosinski.
Szymon Kolecki was a guest on the Klatka po Klatce program where he commented on the Khalidov vs Bartosinski clash. The fighter, who fought in KSW in the past, had a lot to say about the fight of the evening at the KSW 100 gala. Kołecki assessed the juxtaposition as follows.
– He probably doesn’t lie on his back very often in sparring, and that standing up was probably worse for him somewhere. If someone doesn’t have mastered standing up, the most common way for people who have trouble standing up is to stand up by giving up their back and Mamed knew that.
– Adrian did not allow himself to be pinned well, but falling he already caught his left hand and later Adrian, instead of guarding his hand, somewhere his leg began to translate Mamed, and Mamed dropped his leg and… a mass of mistakes, but it seems to me that he simply lost vigilance. This vigilance may have been lulled to sleep by Mamed Khalidov.
Szymon Kolecki will return to MMA competition on December 7. The Olympic gold medalist will appear at the Babylon MMA 50 gala, where he will face Oli Thompson.
