Appointments to the Polish National Team for the MMA World Championships were announced over the weekend. In Uzbekistan, seniors and juniors will enter the cage.
In early November, the IMMAF 2024 World Championships will begin in Uzbekistan, for which the MMA Association of Poland has called up a Polish junior and senior national team. The national team included eight fighters.
The upcoming IMMAF 2024 World Championships will be another international event in which the Polish national team established by the MMA Poland Association will participate. The cadre will feature athletes fighting in the junior (18-21 years) and senior (over 21 years) categories. The composition of the national team is as follows.

To date, the junior and senior national team, which is being called up from 2019, has won 31 medals of international events organized by the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation, the largest and most prestigious governing organization for amateur MMA in the world. At last year’s world championships, the cadets won two silver medals and one bronze.
The IMMAF 2024 World Championships will be held from November 5 to 10 in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. The upcoming competition will be the tenth international event in which the Polish junior and senior national teams will participate.
The MMA Poland Association was founded in 2019, and the organization was established to represent and create a professional space for the development of amateur MMA. The main goal of the Association is, among other things, to take care of the positive image of MMA, organize national competitions, appoint cadres for international tournaments, and, in the longer future, introduce the discipline to the ranks of Olympic sports. The MMA Poland Association is also an ordinary member of the Polish Olympic Committee.
