UFC 315 – weigh-in results. Jose Aldo was unable to make weight

We present the results of the weigh-in before UFC 315. Jose Aldo was unable to make weight and, as a result, the fight with Aiemann Zahabi will take place at the featherweight division limit.

Today was the weigh-in before the UFC 315 gala in Montreal. Participants of the UFC gala in Canada had to check in at the scales to meet the contracted limits. Unfortunately, not everyone managed to do so.

Belal Muhammad and Jack Della Maddalena filled the welterweight category limit. Belal Muhammad weighed 77.1 kg, and when his rival Jack Della Maddalena appeared on the scales the indicator presented exactly the same result.

Jose Aldo was unable to fill the cock category limit. As Ariel Helwani reported the moment it became clear that the former UFC champion would not make the weight the organization immediately decided to halt further weight cutting for both fighters and raised the limit to the featherweight division.
