UFC boss on McGregor vs Hooker fight

Dana White has commented on one of the potential fights. The UFC boss briefly commented on the McGregor vs Hooker matchup.

Conor McGregor announced after the last BKFC gala that he wants to return to the octagon on February 1 at the UFC event in Saudi Arabia. During that event, he spoke with Dan Hooker. Both fighters are eager to fight. Later, Hooker admittedly said he could fight in January or March, as his wife is pregnant and her due date is in February.

Journalists did not fail to ask the UFC director about the McGregor vs Hooker fight. Dana White briefly commented on this potential fight at a press conference following the Contender Series program.

– Yes, it would be a great fight. I like it.

Dana White was very quick to add that this does not mean that such a duel will be organized.

– This does not mean that I have just announced this combination.

The head of the world’s best MMA league admitted that he has not yet spoken to the Irishman and the New Zealander about the skirmish. However, from Dana’s reaction, it can be inferred that this is a duel that meets his expectations regarding the level of sportsmanship, as well as the media coverage of the fight.
