UFC: Edwards vs Brady – weigh-in results

We present the results of the weigh-in before UFC: Edwards vs Brady. Jan Blachowicz and Marcin Tybura have filled the weight limits before their fights at the UFC gala in London.

The weigh-in before the UFC gala took place today in London. All participants in Saturday’s event had to check in on the scales to meet the contracted weight limits. MMA fans in Poland kept their fingers crossed that the weigh-in would go smoothly for our two representatives.

Leon Edwards and Sean Brady will meet tomorrow in the fight of the evening. Leon Edwards weighed in at 77.6 kg, while Sean Brady weighed in at 77.1 kg. Both fighters fit into the welterweight division limit and thus the commissioners officially confirmed the main event of the UFC gala in London.

Jan Blachowicz and Carlos Ulberg will fight in the second fight of the evening of the event at the O2 Arena. Jan Blachowicz weighed 93 kg, and when Carlos Ulberg appeared on the scales this one also indicated 93 kg. The clash between the Pole and the New Zealander was approved by the sports commission.

Marcin Tybura and Mick Parkin will face each other in the preliminary card of the London gala. Marcin Tybura weighed 113.4 kg, while Mick Parkin weighed 117.9 kg. Of course, both fighters were within the heavyweight category limit, which is 120 kg.
