Undefeated Michal Guzik will face an experienced Frenchman at KSW 106. The Pole’s rival at the Lyon gala will be Romain Debienne.

At the XTB KSW 106 gala, in a clash in the welterweight category, the experienced Romain Debienne (11-6) will face the talented and undefeated in professional MMA Michal Guzik (5-0). This will be another French-Polish clash of the real KSW Nations Cup, which will take place on May 10 in Lyon, at the LDLC Arena.

Romain Debienne has one fight behind him in the round cage. He fought at the XTB KSW 101 in Paris, but had to recognize the superiority of Mickael Lebout. After that bout he fought at the Hexagon gala and returned to the road of victories, adding another win by knockout to his record. The Frenchman has been competing professionally since 2017.

To date, he has fought seventeen fights, eleven of which he won. Seven times he ended fights before time, and each time he did so by knocking out his opponents. He has won the championship belts of the Atomic FC and Gladiator Fighting Arena organizations, and has also competed under the wings of Bellator and the Professional Fighters League. He gathered experience in France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Ireland and the USA.

Michal Guzik made his KSW debut last August and won against Konrad Rusinski. In doing so, he extended his win streak to five. Guzik has been competing in professional MMA since 2022, and has fought five fights and won all of them. Twice he won before time – once by submission and once by knockout. Before joining KSW, he competed under the wings of the Babylon MMA brand. Prior to that, he successfully fought in amateur MMA. He has also won a fistfight.
