Vasyl and Balboa will meet in the evening fight of the GROMDA 21 gala, and will it be an eliminator for a belt fight? Mariusz Grabowski commented extensively on the matchup.
Vasyl Halych and Bartlomiej Domalikwill face each other in the most important fight of the GROMDA 21 gala. The fighters will meet in the ring in less than three weeks on Friday, May 30. The Vasyl vs Balboa clash promises to be extremely interesting, and fans are wondering if it will be an eliminator for the championship belt fight with Don Diego.
Mariusz Grabowski head of the GROMDA organization commented extensively on the matchup in a recent interview with MMARocks. During the interview, Grabowski asserted that the most important thing was to put together a fight that, at least on paper, should last longer than one round.
– We try to attract the fan and give them quality. Fans are getting used to the fact that it’s not just “the first round, one punch and the fighter lies down,” but first and foremost: fight, fight at the highest level.
Vasyl vs Balboa eliminator for belt fight
Both Vasyl Halych and Bartlomiej Domalik have already had skirmishes with Mateusz Kubiszyn. Both fighters lost to Don Diego however, they presented themselves very well in the ring.
– We considered that the fight between “Vasyl” and “Balboa”… They probably did not fight each other. It is known that Vasyl fought with Kubiszyn and it was an even fight. It seems to me that he, in this fight, came closest to beating Matthew Kubiszyn. And, of course, “Balboa”, who fought Kubiszyn twice… I think that this “quality” will not disappoint us. I think fireworks and hard punches will fly.
Mariusz Grabowski addressed whether the Vasyl vs Balboa clash will be an eliminator for the belt. The head of the GROMDA organization indicated that if the Ukrainian wins then he will get another opportunity to fight for the belt. Grabowski, on the other hand, does not want to talk about a possible Don Diego vs Balboa trilogy at the moment.
– Let’s not kid ourselves, Vasyl is the top of GROMDA. In the case of victory, it is clear that he has to fight Kubiszyn. If Bartek wins…? Well, we’ll see, we’ll see how it’s resolved, because I’m skeptical to make Bartek’s third fight with Matthew. Before the fight I don’t want to say anything.
