Alexander Volkanovski makes no secret of the fact that the vision of another historic success for Pereira is working hard on his imagination. The Australian believes that the duel with Gane will be extremely even, but nevertheless points to “Poatan”.
– I think Pereira can do it, he can become the first fighter to win three belts. Then they can make his fight with Aspinall. That would be something great, just like the clash with Gane. I feel that something amazing will happen during the gala in front of the White House, and that could be it.
The former featherweight champion also stressed that he does not intend to underestimate the Frenchman. In his opinion, the chances of both fighters are very even, but his gut tells him the Brazilian will win.
– In this fight, in my opinion, it’s half and half, but I will point to Pereira, because I believe that something great will happen, and that something is Pereira with the third belt, Pereira who will knock out Gane ,” Volkanovski said in a video on his YouTube channel.
If the Australian’s prediction comes true, UFC Freedom 250 could go down in history as one of the most important galas in recent years.
