Patricio Pitbull and Aaron Pico currently have no contractual obligations, so will the fighters end up in the UFC? Dana White commented on this possibility.

A few days back, the PFL organization announced that it had terminated Patricio Pitbull‘s contract, and in the coming days, Aaron Pico‘s post-contract exclusivity clause will also expire. This means that two very well-known fighters can begin contract negotiations with the UFC organization.

Patricio Pitbull left the ranks of Bellator as the organization’s featherweight champion. In the past, the younger of the Freire brothers was also the lightweight category champion. Patricio is without question a living legend of the Bellator organization and one of the biggest stars the now-defunct organization has produced.

Aaron Pico began his professional career eight years ago and has been competing at the Bellator organization’s galas from the very beginning. Donn Davis president of the PFL wanted to extend the wrestler’s contract, however, the wrestler was not interested in doing so as he wanted to consider other available options.

Dana White head of the world’s best MMA league was asked about the two fighters and asked to comment on the topic. First, White addressed whether Patricio Pitbull would end up in the UFC.

– I don’t know. We’ll talk to the guys in the office and see what comes out of it.

It seems that the age and financial requirements of the Brazilian may stand in the way of a possible engagement. The situation of the second fighter is completely different. Dana White has openly admitted that the UFC’s top front office officials want Aaron Pico to go to the best MMA league in the world.

– I definitely do. I know my people are very interested in it.
