Wojciech Kazieczko has jumped onto the KSW 99 gala schedule and will face Josef Štummer. The fight in the featherweight category will take place on October 19 at the Ostravar Aréna hall. Michal Domin, who was originally matched against the Czech, had to withdraw from the confrontation due to injury.
Wojciech Kazieczko has four fights behind him in the round cage. In his debut for KSW he faced Luboš Lesák and won already in the first round by knockout. This finish was awarded with a bonus for the best knockout of the gala.
In his second bout, which took place at KSW 74, Kazieczko beat Eduard Demenko, while in subsequent bouts he had to acknowledge the superiority of Daniel Tărchila and Michal Domin. After these losses, Kazieczko fought at the Hybrid MMA gala and returned to the road of victories this April. The representative of the Zielona Gora-based Pepe MMA club, who has had an extensive kickboxing career, has fought six professional MMA confrontations and won four of them.
Josef Štummer has three fights behind him in the round cage. The last time he competed was at KSW 91, where he clashed with Adrian Wieliczko and submitted him in the second round of the bout. Making his KSW debut, Josef defeated Jonathan Kujawa. In his second fight in the round cage, however, he had to acknowledge the superiority of David Kareta. For the Czech it was the first and only loss in his career.
Štummer made his professional MMA debut in 2022. To date, he has fought five fights and won four of them. Before trying his hand in professional cages, Stummer gained experience in amateur arenas. Among other things, he won the title of vice-champion of the Czech Republic. He is also a multiple medalist in grappling competitions and a Czech champion in jiu-jitsu.
