Czech champion Matěj Val will make his debut at KSW 99 in Ostrava

Matěj Val will face Tobias Le at KSW 99 in a duel between two talented fighters of the younger generation.

At the KSW 99 gala in Ostrava, the talented Tobiasz Le (4-2) will return to the round cage and welcome the debuting champion of the Czech IAF organization, Matěj Val (5-1). The confrontation in the cockweight category will take place on October 19 at the Ostravar Aréna hall.

Tobiasz Le has two fights under his belt in KSW. Last October he faced Carl McNally and after an impressive fight won against him by technical knockout. In his second bout he faced Mariusz Joniak, but had to acknowledge his superiority in the cage. The representative of the Octagon Team Cieszyn club entered the professional MMA scene in 2022. To date, he has fought six fights, four of them won, and three times he triumphed by knocking out his rivals. Before Tobiasz began his professional career, he competed successfully in amateur competitions. He was a medalist in Amateur MMA League and MMA Poland Association tournaments. He also holds the title of Polish champion to his credit. He was also called up to the Polish national team and competed at world and European championships prepared by the IMMAF organization.

Matěj Val has only been competing professionally since September 2023, but to date he has already fought six fights, five of which he has won. Three times he triumphed before time, twice knocking out his rivals, and once winning by submission. In March of this year he won the championship belt of the Czech organization I Am Fighter. He last fought in April, and for the first time on his professional journey through the MMA world, he had to acknowledge the superiority of his rival. Val has so far competed in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and gathered considerable experience in amateur starts before his professional debut.
