Patrik Kincl will face an extremely difficult task at the Oktagon 62. The Czech’s rival in the defense of the middle category championship belt will be Kerim Engizek.

The Oktagon MMA organization is not idle and has prepared an extremely interesting juxtaposition for the gala, which will take place on October 12 at the Eintracht Frankfurt Stadium. Patrik Kincl and Kerim Engizek will face off in the co-main event of the Oktagon 62 gala.

Patrik Kincl (28-10, 1 NC) is undefeated since February 2022. During that time, the Czech has left such fighters as Samuel Kristofić, Alex Lohore, Karlos Vemola and Piotr Warzyniak in defeat. Kincl was scheduled to defend his belt in June, however, he suffered an injury and withdrew from his fight with Matej Penaz.

After Kincla’s recovery, the managers of the Oktagon organization unsurprisingly did not return to this juxtaposition only prepared an even tougher challenge for Kincla.

Kerim Engizek (20-4) has a string of thirteen wins in a row. Training at UFD Gym, the Turkish representative has been undefeated since April 2015. The 33-year-old knockout specialist won the belts of the German GMC and EMC organizations during that time. This has meant that in just his second fight in the Octagon organization he will get the chance to win the middleweight category championship belt.

The Kincl vs Engizek fight will be the co-main event of the Oct. 12 Oktagon 62 gala at Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt, Germany. This event is expected to be the largest MMA gala in Europe as far as the number of fans in the stands is concerned.
